Thank you! You're right, and since the conversation we had about how he was feeling, we've been moving in a better direction. It's opened the door for more conversations. It's a work in progress, but I think all relationships are. I agree with you, it's important for us to be good role models and show that it's ok for a woman to make more and it's important to share chores. Kids really need to see marriage as a partnership. One thing I see is that my parents are incredibly supportive of each other and share household chores, whereas my husband's dad was in and out and his mom was on his own. He didn't have the same kind of role models.
